Livelihood Support
Enable participants to pursue self-employment, micro-enterprises, or job opportunities for long-term financial stability.

Impact

  1. 9+ Years of program implementation
  2. 60,000+ Individuals Trained
  3. Strengthened livelihoods and income opportunities across multiple communities

Our Vision

The program aims to promote skill-based employment, reduce livelihood-driven migration, empower women through financial independence, and build stronger, self-reliant communities.

India is a big country with a population of approximately 833 million. It has more than 6 lakh villages with around 65 percent of its population staying in rural areas. Most of the villagers in search of livelihood ultimately land in urban slums and lead a miserable life to earn and feed their families back home. So IFIE has taken an initiative towards the skill development of underprivileged men and women who are capable of learning. Under this program, IFIE runs various training programs for these people to make them skilled so that they can be financially independent. IFIE has been running this program for over 9 years now and has trained over 60,000 people until now.
